This “Ready to Close” Title Guarantee only applies to liens or misrecorded documents that exist during the Current Owner’s period of ownership. Title defects, encumbrances, liens, mortgages, attachments or any other documents recorded or unrecorded during any prior ownership is explicitly excluded from this “Ready to Close” Title Guarantee. Should National Homestead fail to uncover title defects as described which have existed since the date that the current owner purchased the property, National Homestead, Inc. will refund to you the cost of the Ready to Close Title Guarantee.
